Capital One Platinum is the worst credit company that anyone could ever work with, I would never ever recommend this credit card company not even to my worst anemia if i had one. all they did was to screw with me. i owed them $954 and i payed them $900 on the due that, after a couple of days i payed them the rest. For doing that i was expecting the balance of 0.00, but only to find out they charged me $54.75 again. when i call them to ask about it. only they did was to give me a crapy explanation that doesn't take not even a genius to figure out that was bull. can't wait to have $54.75 and pay them and see what other crap are they going to pull this time.
