Well new look is a lovely shop what sell funky clothes. But today i was very upset with the fact you have too be 16 too buy false eye lashes. i need false eye lashes cause i do allot of shows. I think it is very stupid of the fact you need too be 16 to buy some fake lashes. I hope you sort this out new look. because my mum had too buy them because I'm only 14

You have to be 16+ to buy fake eyelashes because of the glue that comes with them. Its the same everywhere, not just for newlook. Its a health hazzard, young kids could get their eyes stuck together etc. Don't leave bad reviews without any basis.

It's not based on anything. It's like slating Tesco for not selling Alcohol to a 16 year old, so they had to get their mum to buy it. Ridiculous.

I agree with both of the ladies above. I have loved and worked for New Look for a good few years now. We have to obey the same laws as other places, and selling restricted items to people under the legal age can have really serious outcomes for the sales assistant and the company.
It's not an issue that New Look can sort out, it's a UK law.
