1st time on a cruise, it was a fantastic experience, not just the the Island Escape its self - the staff were brilliant, the room cleaners, the enterainers, all of the resturant staff etc etc. They all made the 1st time cruise experience very special - we wern't just a room number in a hotel. All of the staff work so hard to make it a holiday to remember, this goes from the professional organisation of first getting on board,the staff could not do enough for you. The organised trips were very good, we went to Rome for the day, it was excellent. I would like to say a big thank you to ALL of the staff, i have now sat this evening a read some of the other reviews, i think some people just like to complain, it was that good we are booking another trip for February next year.
