i recently had a holiday in egpyt the homeward flight was canceled we where put up in a sub standard hotel after a complaint to thomas cook they could not have cared less their staff were less than helpful and getting them to tell the truth was impossible
i would not travel with them again as they dont give a damm about you ..........think twice if i were you
