I ordered 2 chairs over the phone with Furniture@Work Ltd and the telesales boy said they were available for express delivery the following day AND guaranteed it! The next day I phoned to check where the delivery van might be and I was told that they would'nt be with me until 5 days later. I cancelled straight away and was put through to the 'accounts' department who said I would get a refund straight away. I am still waiting 12 days later. NEVER consider using this company no matter how cheap the prices are. I wish I had read the reviews on here before avoiding them. I have put the basic stars on but they are minus stars.
