I am a vet and make claims on behalf of clients. Getting money from E and L is like getting blood from a stone. However the FSA in their wisdom have gagged vets from advising against companies like this unless they become FSA registered. This is not feasible for you average vet.
Claims have taken up to 2 years to resolve. Have I said enough? :) No stars is more accurate
