The Liberator Cat Collar is a great product. Our cat used to catch birds on a daily basis, two bells reduced her success to one or two a week, but this cuts her down to less than one a month!... except during the fledgling season, when we keep her up anyway.

And yes, it does go off at other times, but the cat soon gets used to it, and it tells us when she is around.. or where she is around when we need her.
