We placed an order with Artisan in Uddingston for table and chairs at the start of April. At the time we were advised of roughly 12 weeks for delivery. A couple of weeks ago we managed to speak to someone in their customer service team who advised it would be another couple of weeks and that they would phone us as soon as they have them in stock. That time passed and for the last two weeks we have not been able to get through to their call centre. Now when you try to phone their customer service team you get a message saying that their call centre is relocating from the 11th to 21st of August. Even though it is now after the 21st of August, you still get this message. Customers are advised to email them on info@artisanfurniture.co.uk and as soon as their centre is open. We have emailed numerous times and still no response. The small print on our order form states that delivery can take up to 26 weeks and if we have ordered items from a manufacturer that we cannot cancel untill 26 weeks have passed and you must cancel in writing. Other wise you are liable to pay 30% of the value of the order.

With them closing their East Kilbride store down I have lost any confidence in actually receiving our order. Won't be using them again!!

P.S. I was forced to choose a star level when submitting this review, I wouldn't give them any.
