Georgeously designed dress and perfectly made to my body. The necklace brought from there broke completely and was un-usable most of the wedding (Caroline Castigliano Wedding Dresses kindly fixed it when i informed them after). Once i had paid for the dress, i was spoken to rudely every time i tried the dress on. My letter of complaint was never answered and i never recieved an apology. Maybe if i had appeared to have more money i would have been treated differently. The overall rating would have been 2 stars however the dress was beautiful in design. TIPS: Shop with care....
