T-Mobiles service is absolutely disgusting. I have been with them for nearly 3 years!!! and not once have i ever had a phone call from them, even when my contract was up for renewal they didnt ring me i had to ring them and then i wasnt really offered anything to stay with them but i did. absolutely livid. phone through to them to asked when my contract was due to end, thank god it is next month, and you get put through to india! this absolutely winds me up. they speak like robots, everything seems to be off a script
companies like this shouldnt be allowed to do this. i will never ever go back to t-mobile.
