Hey, I got this coz it looks great in black and goes with my kitchen a treat. Its dog easy to use but it packed up just after the 12 month warranty ran out. Whats worse is not only does the company that sold it to me no longer exist but Servis are now bankrupt too so service and support scores only 1. The repair man said he'd come out to loads of them in the last few months so avoid this like a Cheeky Girls concert!
