I received this Creative Zen 16GB as a gift so I shouldn't really complain. Having said that I wouldn't recommend anyone buying it. The sound is like you're listening to it under water and you can't see the screen when you're outside. I will give and say that the battery seems to last forever, but maybe that's because I now have an ipod nano instead. It's not as easy to use as people make out and for a techno-phobe like me I would say stick with an ipod.
