I've had my Aprilia SR 50 Street about 2 years now. It's pretty good scooter I can say, nothing bad about driving or handling. Compared to other 4-stroke scooters, Aprilia is much better. Handling is much better and acceleration is just amazing.
So, It uses the 49.38cc 2-stroke engine. Engine has changed very much in last years and my Aprilia really has the power. Driving in the forest or on the sand is not a problem, but my friend just stucks into the sand with his unknown scooter.
Only problem I've really had with this scooter is probably the battery. At the moment battery is OK, but about month ago the battery didn't recharged.
In conclusion, this is really good scooter and It's really good for your first scooter.
