We ordered the portable bbq for a camping trip from iwantoneofthose.com and paid premium delivery of £6.45. The bbq arrived as arranged but the grill was broken but as we hadn't time to replace it we went ahead and used it. The bbq warped so badly on the second use that we couldn't fold it and had to abandon it at the campsite. I contacted IWOOT and they told me that although this happens occasionally they're happy to continue stocking this product? I definitely would not recommend this product and am disappointed about IWOOT's lack of interest in customer feedback.
