I bought the products from SBR Sports, if you call them (and you can get through), they answer as SBR and also Bonthrone bikes.

It would take too long to list it all, in summary:

1. Don't anser the phone - can take all day to get through - "staffing problems they told me" - no your problem, it is called busines
2. Late paying money back
3. Weeks to deliver, when they do, missing parts on the bike - then took two weeks to send the missing parts, after I called them
4. Don't reply to emails
5. Blame computer problems on mistakes
6. Over a month and still can't ride my bike

Go elesewhere, please, I am kicking myself - chainreactioncycles, wiggle, evans cycles etc, all MUCH MUCH better, yes they make mistakes, who doesn't - really simply, just put it right straight away and we will come back - simple business sense.

I have now ordered the replacement parts for my bike now from eleswhere (chainreaction.co.uk) as I don't believe that they will deliver, in every sense of the word. I don't expect them to be in business for long with this level of service. I am writing to the manufacture of the bikes today, surely they don't want their reputation damaged? I fancy starting a similar business now, can't be hard? Just send what has been ordered!!!

I had an email from them yesterday after three apologies last week where they kept promissing to call me back - an another apology and blaming their computer system again. Search the web for reviews on them, we are not alone :(
