Has anyone managed to get hold of the customer service line, they have been saying they are re-locating for quite a while now??? We are starting to get a bit worried about whether we will ever get our furniture.

Have also called all the stores numbers i can find on the internet and not one of them is answering.

Very unimpressed and not sure what to do as have paid £300 deposit and hope will be able to claim back. Can someone let me know where they found out about the 6 months to claim thing?

We've bought from them before and it was fine last time, which makes us think there is a more serious problem this time.
