I have recently joined the create and craft club....really useless, the discount of £10 is impossible to get, having rung customer services.....really expensive phone calls...I am told I will only be given the discount if I ring an order in.....not what their web page says it indicated it will be given on both web and phone orders is this a breach of there legal obligation?????I cannot log onto the club web site, I have rung customer service to be told to ring their dedicated tec site what a waste of time that was....take my advice stay clear and dont waste £20
