My son took out an IVA with another company which was sold to Payplan. He was sent a statement a few months ago which showed that although he is paying money each month to them they do not appear to be paying any creditors but taking the money to pay their fees. He is still being contacted by creditors to ask why he has not paid them any money even though he arranged an IVA well over 12 months ago.
