Absolutely disgusted with the service from Rock Solid Kitchens! Have now waited 12 weeks for my kitchen to be finished. Shody workmanship too. Cupboard doors damaged and dont match. Parts missing. No one answers the customer service phone. 0871 number so I have to pay every time I ring. Have left numerous messages with the delivery department for them to log a call with the customer service department and still no one calls me. I am really fed up with it all and just want my kitchen to be finished!!! Advert in Yorkshire Evening Post misleading as its a Leeds phone number to call so I presumed I would be dealing with a local company!
