i bougth a lg tv from Additions Direct after 2 week s of use it went of when the engineer came out , he noticed o crack on th eback screen .he said from visual contact there was nothing to indicate and impact but yet when he sent his report bck to the catoluge he said he noticed a crack and that the customer is adament there s been no impac. not a veryt detailed reoprt is nearly 3 week s now with out the tv working and still no futher forward what a disgrace a would never consider buying a product from addtions again. and i will get this sorted ave wrote to watch dog and have the consumer direct tradsman involed
