I've used Amazon on a number of occasions over the years. I've never experienced a problem and the goods I've ordered have always been delivered on time.

I can't comment on the customer service as I've never had to phone or email with a problem. The products I've ordered have always been reasonably priced and equally quite competitive. On a couple of occasions I've found the item cheaper elsewhere, but I'd still rather go through Amazon, as I feel more confident using this established company.

I particularly like the actual Amazon web site, and feel the design and navigation really helps the consumer to make informed purchasing decisions.
