On the plus side, Appliances Online offfers competitive prices, delivers to out of reach locations at a reasonable cost (quite unusual, as some firms do not seem to want business outside the Gb mainland or anywhere else remote) and they do communicate well. Having read previous reviews we were aware of some significant problems in them meeting delivery targets but went ahead as we were not in a hurry. This was just as well as it took over a month to complete the order.
