Showed up and there was no car, called Argus Car Hire and they told me they could do nothing about it. Then offered to book me another one for twice the price and not available for 12 hours, were not able to tell me what rights I had under my contract though I could find them in 10 seconds on their webpage. Encouraged me to make the booking on the basis I would be refunded the difference, luckily I did not as they terms limit their liability to the initial deposit. Refused the opportunity to speak to management, or finance.

Still waiting for my deposit refund 14 days later as I went with another company. To save 50 euros on a 14 day rental its not worth the risk would never use again.
