I ordered high end window vents for a Sienna from Auto Parts Warehouse, I read the part number from a sticky note I had written it on, they still sent the wrong part with a different part number, I wanted dark tint, they sent light tint. As I said these are a high end part made by Weathertech. I received the parts in two plastic sleeves in a large cardboard box, no Weathertech packaging at all. The parts were scratched and abraded from rubbing together and parts of the edges that fit in the window channels were broken away. Because they warned me that parts returned that were damaged would not be accepted I have kept them and have tried to clean them up and use them. Auto Parts Warehouse obviously sent me parts that they had recycled from a previous customer. I think that they may even have intentionally changed my part number so that they could get these damaged pieces off their hands.
