me and my 6 year old son got back from a week at skegness butlins on 24/8/09. overall the holiday was fantastic. we stayed silver bed breakfast with meals. the food was great the entertainment was great the rooms were not brilliant but no worse than any other b&b i have stayed at. the one thing that let it down was the drinks. you expect to pay more but the lager cider and bitter on draught is FLAT. it is barely drinkable. a tip if you want to drink in the skyline pavillion dont go to the bar go to the londis shop in the pavillion and buy cans or bottles and drink them in the seating area provided. i asked a redcoat if it was ok to do this and they said yes and its much cheaper

ive just got back from butlins skegness/ 5th sep. i must say that i found the beer to be resonable. £9.95 for a 4 pint jug of tetlys bitter. which was not flat. infact qiute the opposite.
