I visited the store in Southampton to get myself a Billy Bookcase. After 2 hours of the most hellish shopping experience in my life, we discovered the flatpack was too big to fit in our car. Yeah, that's our own silly fault but my disappointment was only expanded further when I saw how much they charged to deliver it to our home.
I grudgingly accepted, but I don't see how a charge of £40 is justified to have this delivered only 30 miles away.
