If I could I'd have given zero stars, but the system doesn't allow. Where to start - I made my booking with Gatwick Valet Parking my email for the 16th August, reconfirmed by telephone and again by email. As instructed I started to call 20 mins away from Gatwick, the phone rang and rang, but no reply and no voice mail. Panicking slightly I called the other number, same thing. I cannot recall how many times I called, but no luck. By this time the only avenue open to me was to use the long stay car park, adding more time to my journey. I continued to call until my flight left - same thing. Since returning I thought I may have a message on either my mobile or email - but no, and I have tried emailing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
