I have purchased U2 tickets for wembley. Paid 320 EUR for each ( total 3 ) and paid 40 eur extra for Fedex delivery.

At the end, World Ticket Shop were unable to deliver the tickets and i was obliged to pick them up in front of a hotel from a courier after 10 phone calls and 1.5 hrs waiting.

But that was not all. When i got the tickets, i found ot that i paid 320 EUR for tickets worth 50 pounds. And, as they delivered them 1.5 hrs after the doors were opened, i was unable to get a good spot at all.

So fantastic night with U2 was a nightmare for me because of World Ticket Shop.

Now, they are even refusing to refund the fedex charge because they had clauses in their so called 'terms and conditions' saying that they don't have to ...

That's all i can say, STAY AWAY FROM WORLDTICKETSHOP ...
