It has taken nearly 4 months for a response to a Confetti Wedding Insurance claim on this policy and they have refused the claim due to weasel wording in the small print. Customer service is unbelievably slow, I was kept on hold on numerous occasions when calling and they do not reply to letters. Please brides and grooms, from our experience look elsewhere, this policy was a waste of money and I intend to continue to persue them further but hold out little hope. So, consumer power can stop these sorts of company succeding, buy elsewhere.
