There were a few things that really annoyed me with blockbuster.co.uk and in that respect Lovefilm offers a superior service.
- Every discs needs to be returned in its own envelop unlike Lovefilm where its envelop can contain up to 3 discs. Furthermore you must keep the correct envelop for every film as well a return card associated with envelop. What if you misplace something?
- My other concern is in regard with their cancellation policy. You can't cancel unless all their discs are returned and you can't take a holiday either for the same reason. Lovefilm allows you to take a holiday up to 2 weeks and keep your discs at home.
