Majorca Beach Hotel Staff were not friendly or helpful in any way at all.
Hotel its self was clean and tidy and maid came in every day to clean the room. Im in my early 20's and went away to Magaluf with a group of friends - plenty to do at night with the different amount of clubs and bars to go to. Hotel was far to noisy at night! People with no respect for other people sit at the front of hotel just outside the Reception area at 4,5 & 6'Oclock in the morning yelling their heads off and laughing at the top of their voice. Never got alot of sleep the whole holiday because of this and there is supposed to be a security guard to stop this kind of noise. Did not see a security guard the hole time i was in the hotel and the noise was not stopped by anyone. Noise in hotel itself was not stopped either - Just outside our room I heard young fellas saying "Lets see how annoying we can be" and then proceeded to run up and down yelling there heads off at 3'Oclock in the morning! Would not recommend this hotel if you want to get a nights sleep! Nice distance for going to beach - spent the week on the beach as pool area got taken up quickly.
