Orange caused me nothing but problems from the day I took out my contract. The customer service is extremely poor and I failed to ever get any decent answer from them, they do not understand the term 'customer care'. I had an 18 month contract, however after six months of problems decided to just turn the phone off and change my provider to 02. 8 motnhs have now passed since turning my phone off and not using it, however they have decided this month to take the line rental from my bank account a week before the direct debit was due, which as a result has put my account overdrawn. I contacted Orange and they couldn't give me any answers, they did not apologise for the inconvenience, they just said "I doubt your bank will charge you anything because you've spotted it so soon, so don't worry about it". Do NOT take out a contract with Orange!
