AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - A NIGHTMARE!
Orange pay as you go would have been a good idea, if they had a half decent customer service. Once you have a problem, though, you are stuck as their customer service is both incompetent and inconsistent. I had a problem which I was trying to solve with them, only to lose several pounds only on phone calls (25p each call; then they promise to call you back within 24 hours but never do; or they put you on hold and disconnect you). Every time I called they seem to have very little idea about what the problem was - do they even keep records?? - and NO idea of the previous solutions which were offered last time I called and which they promised to follow up on. So it was starting all over again each time, and each time they told me a different story and a different explanation.
