We rented a car this summer. The car had some damages which were not listed in our contract. So we had to make some photos and go back to office desk to amend the contract. EUROPCAR lady said the car is diesel. On the last day of rental we refilled the tank before returning the car. After 2 minutes of driving the car broke down. It had to be taken to peugeot garage for repair. Yesterday we received an invoice for £389 which we taken from our credit card. Now they are saying that car was a petrol which was nowhere stated in our contract !!! Also the car manuel was in italian so if you don't speak that languages you are lost. DO DON'T RENT A CAR WITH EUROPCAR UNLESS YOU ARE VERY RICH ! The worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ivana
