We purchased a peal necklace from Beaverbrooks for our mum and the string of it broke in 24 hrs. We took the necklace back to the store but they believed my mum broke it on purpose. Also they refused to listen the explanation and called the security to throw us out of store. We are really upset about the quality and the service. Case hasn't finished yet, will keep everyone updated.
