I arrived in Kos to be told by Hertz my pick up point that there was no car for me and my young family we were not the only people to have turned up with a voucher. The Hertz manager could not believe we had been told we would have a car. After trying to contact the company that evening for over an hour we made our own way to our hotel. We eventually contacted Economycarrentals.com who provided a car 4 days later. Never use this company they are complete amatures. Also note that they operate under Greek laws so not much good to uk travellers. No compensation or apologies recieved even after many emails.
