i havent enough space or time to write all the problems ive had and am still having with this outrageous company. basically i bought a wonderful car but after 2 weeks needed a service due to faulty airbags and after that 3 weeks later a new clutch!! Carcraft are so so poor im in complete disbelief that they are still able to trade. i would rather walk than have any agreements with them. also the insurance isnt compulsary and when you need to use it they say its wear and tear!! from the numerous calls and complaints they seem to buy the car without inspecting it then just sell it on to you regardless of any problems then its classed as wear and tear!! un belivable disgusting place
