Had to wait 3 hrs in the sun with the temperature over 30 C without any supplied food or water for a pre-booked car at Europcar. Then told we had been upgraded to a smaller Peugeot 206 from a fiesta. After this we had another 30 mins waiting for the car to be brought round for us to take. When we returned the car after the week there was another queue waiting in the sun. The car did its job but the Europcar service is awful
