The virgin mobile customer service is very poor they dont help you at all and just could not give a dam also they put you on hold for a long time. They take money out your account unauthorized and dont care!!! When your all set up with them and working the signal is ok well in wigan where i live and its good value for money. I went to set up a mobile after being a customer for years never missing a payment and now i have to wait till they do a credit check!
