I have been with O2 for many years now and have usually experienced fairly good CS, but this time they've excelled themselves! I think it depends on who deals with your 'case' as I've also had 'abrupt' conversations too.
This last time I'd returned a bad Pixon, was adviced to get the N96 from one CS person, but found it was being taken off market (bad mark there!, but the next CS I spoke to was superb! he went out of his way to make sure I was kept up to date with the returns situation and then got his boss to sanction a brand new 5800 for me! I was delighted as I'd been told I was getting a refurb and had complained as I'm paying £7.50 per month for insurance-yes I know it doesn't cover a phone thats not broken but its the principle-and O2 CS even arranged for next day delivery even though it was after deadline time.
So 'nice one O2 :)
I do appreciate most have their cribs against O2 for dire service so thought it would be nice to mention a good experience too.
