Well, after moving from a lousy Pixon back to good old Nokia, all I can do is praise this little gem-5800! Must be honest though, intially I didn't like it, but after finding the market rubbish decided to try it and WOW!
The battery life's damn good (make sure you exit out of apps) , the screen is amazing (specially after the crap Pixon!) it's neat & solid to handle, connections-web & bluetooth-are excellent, sound is good-dare not use it full vol as very loud! browsin the web is really good as screens very clear due to 16m colours. Talking on it's good and texting is brillaint! it's the 1st touch screen where I can actually move the curser to where I want to, to amend typos as you can move backwards or forwards! the T9 is really good and easy to use.
The screen responds well to finger touch.
I thought after having the N95 I'd know where things are, but Nokia have moved some things around and changed a few settings, but after 'probing' around I'm getting used to it.
I have read a few of the previous reviews and so far, so good- mines not shut down itself. Must be off a good batch lol
I did notice that mines made in Hungary and thought 'weird' as I thought they were made in either Finland or China-the latter not being that good from what I gather. Has anyone else noticed if theirs have been made it Hungary??
I have yet to use the camera/vid so unable to comment on those, but presume they're good.
