Whatever you do do not use Atlaschoice and if you do get written confirmation of exactly what you are getting dont for one miute assume that you will get what you pay for. We were told specifically that we were getting a vauxhal zafira 7 seater which I had them confirm twice but when we got to Malta we got an estate with a loose spare wheel in the boot and a broken seatbelt which with 4 children and 5 cases ,well what do you think.
We obviously refused the car as it was no use to us they were not able to provide us with another car but also refused to refund our money to attempt to hire from another company. Been back 2 weeks now still no refund and customer service is worse than awful. Have involved trading standards and looking into small claims. Good luck to anyone else in similar situation.
