4 Words - Much better than Orange. 02's pay as you go service, is by far the best out there. Its cheap, reliable and each time I topped up I got my free texts straight away. It means that I was basically paying for credit every other month. The customer support was FANTASTIC. When i bought my sim card from the 02 shop the shop assistant wasn't helpful and didn't tell me I had to use my receipt to find the code to claim a free £10. I lost this receipt BUT fear not, i rang up customer service and they topped it up and apologised for the service instore. Thoroughly recommend.
