The rewards are good on Orange Pay as you go HOWEVER, you rarely get them without asking. Everytime I top up they fail to give me my rewards on the Dolphin plan. The customer service is dire, they say they will do something but never actually do it. I rang them up to sort out why I was getting charged to text a UK number when I supposedly had "free uk texts". They kept on saying, we will get the billing department to ring back, that never happened, so I gave up. I decided to try and get the money back which I had lost ringing them up repeatedly, and they were going to transfer me to a supervisor and each time, they "accidently" hung up.
