Just retuned form Ibiza with my husband and 2 teenage children. Stayed at the Hotel Miami Es Cana. Really great resort, very clean friendly Hotel, food great serice very good. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. had a problem with the First Choice rep though, had a lack of courtesy and deplomacy. at one point physically man handled my son and was quite rude to my husband. This will not put us off going to this resort and hotel again but we might think twice about choosing First Choice.
