We bought a necklace for my mum, and the string of the necklace broke in 24 hrs. We complained to Beaverbrooks, and they insisted that we did it on purpose. What makes us unacceptable is that they refused to listen us to explain the reason and called the security to throw us out. It is horrible experience, we are terrified on both the quality and the customer service. very sad now..
