Unfortunately my experience with UK Soccer Shop is very similar to the ones mentioned here. I ordered an Arsenal shirt and when it didn't arrive a few weeks later, I emailed to enquire about a refund or replacement. I was told to wait as they had to contact Royal Mail. It's been nearly two months now and they've completely stopped replying to my emails. I contacted the South Lanarkshire Trading Standards authority to see if anything could be done about them. I received a very quick and encouraging response from them. I would definitely recommend that everyone who has had items not turn up or wrong items sent contact Trading Standards.

The phone number UK Soccer Shop provide does not get answered, this is very common amongst internet traders. The address they provide does seem to be real, however. If anyone lives in Lanarkshire, Scotland, it might be worth paying them a visit!
