Due to illness I hadn't paid my bill. I received a cut-off notice saying I would only be able to receive incoming calls and would be cut-off on the 19th. The Post Office Phone Service disconnected me on the 18th although the bill was paid over the phone. Five days later and I am still not connected despite complaining. I had to wait 12 minutes for my call to be answered and then the person at the other end had an accent which made him impossible to understand. I will definitely be changing my telephone provider
