Recently I received a free catalogue for Deep Blue Dive Centre with Diver Magazine and found a couple of bits I was after. According to the companies website both items were in stock so I placed an order and was sent a confirmation that the goods had been sent by next day courier. So the next day I made sure there was someone around when the courier arrived. But he never did. So I thought I would wait and see if anything arrived the next day, which it did, via Royal Mail Second Class post. Upon opening the parcel I found that only one of the items had been sent. I checked the delivery note and the other item had not been sent because it was out of stock. Below this was a message saying they would not be sending it and I would have to order it again. I wanted to clarify that this was definately the case because I have never heard of anything like this before so I called the company. The first time I called a lady answered. I asked if I could speak to someone about an order I had placed and was then put on hold for about ten minutes. Then they cut me off. So I called again and the same person answered and this time looked at the order and confirmed that the message on the delivery note was correct. I decided to say thank you and leave it at that.

Recently I bought a bcd and a set of regulators from my local dive shop and if I had bought them from this company I could have saved about £90, which I was a bit annoyed about at first. However now I am quite relieved I didnt.
