I have been a keeper of reptiles for a few years, and i always believe you can never know enough about them.
It sounds cheesy but i used to go into a shop and wants to speak and share advice and 8 times out of 10, the people in the shop wouldn't know what they were talking about and others couldn't be bothered, and in a way, it put you off using them again.
However, since the opening of Northampton Reptiles, it has been nothing but a pleasure. Whether it's calling up for advice, having a chat about the latest reptiles, whatever it is, nothing is too much trouble for them. They really value their customers, and look on them as friends and this is what makes all the difference.
I always recieve my goods without any problems.
